Alright. Tomorrow is transfer day and guess what? I'm not transferring! Which is good, but kinda sad, cause I want to go to a Provincy area because its more green, beautiful, cleaner, and just peaceful. But its all good. I should be grateful for what I have here in the city. Like Macdo, Burger king, Mang Inasal, and so forth.
So my comps gettin transferred and that means that I will be getting a new companion, there is actually a lot of changes in the whole mission this transfer. So it is exciting. But it means that I am gonna have to step up a little bit and help my new companion get used to the area and update him on whats going on and who we are teaching. Cool Stuff. so I am really excited for this next transfer. I'm gonna miss Elder S. though. He is so tight and obedient and diligent. We did WORK while we were together.
So, on Saturday, guess who I got to baptize!? That's right. the one and only R. D! My first baptism will be one to remember for sure. We went down into the water, and then I baptized him. And then I baptized him again... and then I baptized him again.......and then I baptized him AGAIN! He just couldn't seem to get under the water! Haha. It was kinda embarrassing, but it was good. We finally got it right. So after a lot of baptizing, he finally got baptized correctly and then on Sunday, he became the newest member of the ward. He is such a humble guy. He is gonna be a great member. He really has a testimony of the gospel, and I don't think he will ever leave the church. I have a testimony of this gospel and how it changes lives. I promise that the Book of Mormon is true. I am currently reading Jesus The Christ, and I am just learning it up. The Lord truly sends the Holy Ghost to guide us. I say this in the name of Jesus Christ amen.
K well, I have to get going now. My comp needs to start packing his things :) I will send a pic of me and R. right before he was baptized. Side-note: The baptismal clothes are really small here and so if I look funny, that is why.
The one and only...I mean 3rd in this family!
